Graduated from the Faculty of Electronics Technical University of Gdansk, also has an MBA from the University of Gdansk and Copenhagen and the Independent Accountant's diploma. He also is an experienced project manager, holding PRINCE2 Practitioner & PRINCE2 Foundation certificates.

He started his career in the IT Department of Bank Gdanski SA, then promoted to the position of Head of the IT Department of Stock Exchange Brokerage of Bank Gdanski SA first, and later BIG BG SA. For nearly 20 years Mr. Matulewicz, has held management positions in companies in the field of financial industry and IT services. Among others, he was a board member of the BWA Investment House and Koma Nord, and the director of the Backup Storage Security Division of OptiX Poland. He managed the department Mainframe & Backup at Asseco Systems.

Since December 2010 working with Datera SA , when he was appointed Vice President of the Board of the company. In July 2011 he became president and CEO of the company.

Graduated from the Faculty of Ocean Engineering and Ship Technology at the Technical University of Gdansk with completed postgraduate studies in Project Management.

Since the beginning of his career associated with Datera SA. Responsible for development strategy of the first major Datera's product addressed to the SME sector - Datera Call-eX. Then, for the creation and organization of sales channel for products and services of Datera FreecoNet. Contributed to the sales and market success of innovative services FreecoNet operator (currently Aiton Caldwell). Since 2009 Datera sales director, sales manager of products for business clients.

In January 2011 he was appointed Vice President of the Board, with responsibility for sales and marketing of products.
